No. Commerce payments (customer → your store) are processed by your payment provider and billed separately from your Bizmerce SaaS subscription (organization → Bizmerce).
Starter monthly includes a 14-day trial when the plan is marked trial-eligible. You can start without a payment method, then subscribe when you are ready. Growth and Pro start as paid plans.
Annual plans show an effective monthly price and the total charged once per year. Switching between monthly and annual is available from Admin billing when you change plans.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Admin billing. Downgrades do not delete store data; some new creates may be blocked until usage fits the lower plan’s limits.
New consumption for that quota is blocked until you free capacity, wait for the next usage period where applicable, or upgrade. Existing data is preserved.
No. AI Credits are metered per billing/usage period. Unused Credits do not carry into the next period.
Policy-bound automation executions that mutate marketing state (for example Assisted or Autopilot actions against connected ad accounts). Manual campaign work is not the same meter.
Current plans are priced for one organization and one store. If you need multiple stores or a custom rollout, contact sales.
Yes. You can cancel from Admin billing. Access continues through the end of the current paid period when cancellation is scheduled at period end.
