Commerce operating platform
Bizmerce
Sell online. Run orders. Grow without losing the plot.
Manage your storefront, catalog, orders, customers, inventory, and growth from one commerce platform built around real business controls.
Structural Admin and Ink & Ember storefront frames. Not live merchant data.
Built for serious commerce operations
Multi-tenant by design
Organizations, stores, and memberships stay scoped. Access follows authorization — not a client-supplied ID.
Reliable checkout
Price, promotions, and inventory are decided on the server, including at checkout.
Provider-confirmed payments
Payment state changes only after trusted provider verification — not a browser return URL.
Controlled growth
Marketing automation stays inside merchant policy, budgets, inventory checks, and a kill switch.
Platform
Three surfaces. One system of record.
Shoppers, operators, and growth teams work in different UIs. Price, stock, and payment stay one authoritative model.

Workspace
One organization. One store. Clear team access.
Operate from a merchant workspace where organization billing, store commerce, and membership roles stay distinct — without collapsing them into a shared login.
- Organization. Owns the SaaS subscription and memberships.
- Store. Owns catalog, inventory, orders, and the storefront.
- Team access. Roles and permissions control who can act in Admin.
Growth

Scale only when stock still supports demand.
Budget guardrails
Daily and monthly limits stay server-enforced.
Approval modes
Manual, assisted, or policy-bound autopilot.

Trust
Built on clear boundaries.
Commerce fails when identity, money, and automation collapse into one status. Bizmerce keeps those lines explicit.
Tenant-isolated by design
Organization and store data remain scoped. Membership and permissions gate access.
Reliable checkout
Price, promotions, inventory, and payment state are validated server-side.
Separate billing domains
Customer commerce payments and Bizmerce subscription billing remain separate.
Controlled automation
Automation operates inside merchant-defined permissions, budgets, and policies.
Integrations
Connect the tools your operation already uses.
Payments, paid marketing, email, and custom domains — with honest limits when a provider cannot do something.
Payments
Commerce checkout with provider-verified payment state.
Meta
Paid marketing connections where plan and permissions allow.
Google Ads
Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube as a channel.
TikTok Ads
Advertising connections with honest capability limits.
Email
Transactional and operational messaging for merchant workflows.
Custom domains
Verified storefront domains when your plan includes the entitlement.
FAQ
Straight answers
No countdown timers, no fake social proof — just how the product is designed.
What is Bizmerce?
Bizmerce is a multi-tenant commerce platform: branded storefront, merchant Admin, Growth Hub, and SaaS billing — built so organizations and stores stay separate concepts.
Is Bizmerce a storefront theme or a full commerce platform?
It is a full platform. Themes control presentation. Price, inventory, checkout, and payment truth stay in Bizmerce — not in a skin on someone else’s checkout.
Can I manage multiple stores?
The current release supports one store per organization. Organization, membership, and store remain separate records so the model can expand later without rewriting commerce truth.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, when your plan includes the custom domain entitlement. Ownership is verified before the domain is treated as live.
Can I customize my storefront?
Yes. First-party themes and the Theme customizer let you shape layout and branding while commerce rules stay centralized.
Can team members have different permissions?
Yes. Membership roles and permissions control Admin access. A shared login is not how Bizmerce models team work.
How are merchant organizations isolated?
Tenant isolation is a correctness requirement. Membership and store context gate access; client-supplied IDs are not proof of authorization.
Which payment and marketing tools can I connect?
Commerce checkout uses your store’s payment provider with server-side verification. Growth Hub can connect Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads where entitlements and provider capability allow.
Does Bizmerce support different business models?
Product commerce is the mature baseline. Food, service, and course capabilities exist as store capabilities when enabled — not as a single generic product record for every vertical.
How does Bizmerce subscription billing differ from customer payments?
Customer checkout payments go to your store’s payment provider. SaaS plans bill your organization for Bizmerce itself. They are separate flows and records.
