Terms of service
Last updated September 2026. These terms cover the Bizmerce platform, not a merchant’s own storefront terms.
Agreement
- These terms govern access to and use of the Bizmerce SaaS platform, including merchant Admin, Growth features, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
Accounts and tenancy
- You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and actions taken under your memberships. Organization and store data remain isolated across tenants. You must not attempt to access another organization's data.
Subscriptions and billing
- SaaS plans, entitlements, and billing are separate from commerce payments collected from your storefront customers. Fees, renewals, and entitlement limits follow your active subscription. Feature availability depends on plan entitlements enforced by Bizmerce.
Acceptable use
- You may not misuse the platform, interfere with security or availability, violate law, or use Bizmerce to process unlawful goods or content. We may suspend access to protect the platform, other tenants, or to enforce these terms.
